Summer Workshop at Kusatsu: Activating Language Activities in the Classroom (day 1 of 2)

New Perspective on Team Teaching: In this presentation, Prof. Leonard will take the participants through the basics of team-teaching by first defining it, and then dissecting it as a methodology. His talk will also include a comparison between traditional teaching methods and team-teaching methods. Participants' presentations are given, too, and a Dinner Party is to be held after the workshop.
About the presenter: Leonard is an associate professor at Hirosaki Gakuin Univiversity. He is the author of Cross Cultures: America and Japan (Kenkyusha), Extra! Extra! Read All About It! (Kinseido), and Team Teaching Together: A Bilingual Resource Handbook for JTEs and AETs (Taishukan).
