Description:
JALT ER SIG will hold an in-person event on October 18, 2026, at Doshisha University in Kyoto. This will be the SIG's first in-person event in seven years. The event, PresentERs Live, is a full-day program based on the same concept as the monthly online PresentERs sessions that the SIG has been hosting. October's event will also mark the 50th PresentERs session. We welcome everyone interested in teaching, learning, or experiencing Extensive Reading. You can pre-register here.

Cost: JALT Members: 1,200 yen (20 percent discount by pre-registering)
Non-members: 1,500 yen (20 percent discount by pre-registering)

  2. See what happens.
  3. Tell us what happens. I don't have MS Outlook on a Windows computer, so I can't test it.
  4. If you click on the icon and nothing happens, do this:
    1. Right-click on the icon and save the file.
    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
