Today is the second full day of the JALT 2006 conference, which will be held November 2nd to November 5th. Please see jalt.org for full details.

Tonight there are two social events. The first is The Language Teacher 30th Anniversary Gala Event – Casting Pearls Before Wine (Saturday, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner prepared by the Righa Royal Hotel and including all you can drink. A limited number of tickets are still available for 4,000 yen from the JALT Publications booth in the Exhibit hall. Following that is an event at a local live house (details will be posted soon, or ask around at the conference).

    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
