Little America and mpi will hold a workshop entitled Children's English. Helene Jarmol Uchida, the principal of Little America, NPO TEMI Founder, university lecturer, Daily Yomiuri columnist and Challenge Book author will demonstrate how to use Challenge Books effectively and introduce games and study materials which are very helpful for building English skills. Since the importance of English materials will increase with the introduction of English lessons in primary schools in 2011, Little America, Japan's pioneer in English materials, games and English teaching methods, proudly holds this workshop as support for not only novice and veteran English teachers, but also for concerned parents in an effort to have a positive influence on English teaching for today and tomorrow. mpi will demonstrate how to use mpi original picture books with CDs and unique teaching tools in easy-to-understand ways.
