Description: Calendar / Tasks & Gmail Integration Google Calendar を使うと、プライベートの手帳もまた仕事のスケジュールも管理がしやすくなります。カレンダーをどのように見せるかを決めたら、カレンダー上に予定を保存したり、予定を繰り返したり、ゲストを招待したりする方法を習います。イベントに招待されたらどのように答えるべきなのか、メールや通知の設定方法なども便利です。課外活動などのために別のカレンダーを作成したり、学生が質問に来られるオフィスアワーを知らせることもできます。実践を通して、Google Calendar を使いやすくカスタマイズしてみましょう。

Manage your personal and professional schedules better with Google Calendar. We first show how to change the way the calendar looks and acts to make it better suit your needs. and then moves straight into creating single or repeating events and inviting guests. Learn how to respond to invitations and the ins and outs of pop-up reminders and email notifications. You\'ll also learn how to create an additional calendar for your club activity or share your office hour calendar with students. Learn how to customize Google Calendar.

  3. Under 'Auto Refresh', select 'Every day' in case the the basic details change:
    auto-refresh daily

You can add this event to your Microsoft Outlook calendar.

  1. Click on the MS Outlook icon.
  2. See what happens.
  3. Tell us what happens. I don't have MS Outlook on a Windows computer, so I can't test it.
  4. If you click on the icon and nothing happens, do this:
    1. Right-click on the icon and save the file.
    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
