Description:
This month's meeting will see presentations by two chapter members which should be of great interest to all.

1. Larry Walker will present some ideas about the introduction of phonetics and some activities about using pronunciation which you can photocopy and use the next day.
2. Gary Clendennen will present the results of a seven-year longitudinal study of TOEIC scores by members of a major Japanese company in Osaka, and discuss the meaning and implications.
