This three-hour professional development workshop empowers educators with practical, research-based strategies for creating more accessible and inclusive learning environments. Through a blend of immersive activities, reflection, and collaboration, participants will explore how to support diverse learners--especially those with invisible disabilities--while navigating institutional constraints.
