Most teachers are aware that there is a certain \'magic ingredient\' that can override all other considerations in determining how successful a language class will be. This presentation will discuss ways in which we can both assess and develop the group dynamic in our classrooms.

    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
