Nagasaki JALT:

What Happened At The Conference
and Activities For First Classes In The New Year

Date: Saturday, March 23rd, 2002 Time: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Speaker: various speakers

Description:
The international PAC3/JALT2001 Conference in Kitakyushu in late November was the first large JALT conference to be held in Kyushu. This spring, we would like to revive an old Nagasaki JALT custom, and ask anyone who attended the conference to simply:

  • Describe one or more presentation - why it was important to you, and how it can be helpful to us.
  • Demonstrate one activity or idea from the session.
  • Bring at least one copy of any handout received and give it to the meeting chair.
As well, with April approaching and many people facing new classes as teachers and/or learners, it is also a good time once again to share any materials, ideas, activities about the first day of classes. Please consider:
  • Showing and explaining one activity or idea connected to first classes.
  • Bringing at least one copy of any material, and giving it to the meeting chair.
As always, everyone is welcome to attend.
