Jim Smiley offers two talks:

  1. Kanji Through Associative Learning. Smiley introduces an associative, learner-centered, and extremely fun way of learning kanji. Discover your own learning type and develop a learning strategy for kanji.
  2. Design Basics for English Teachers. Smiley will focus on the elements of good page layout design to enable teachers to produce good-looking documents quickly and easily.

  4. If you click on the icon and nothing happens, do this:
    1. Right-click on the icon and save the file.
    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
