For our sixth event of the year, we invite anyone to come and hear short reports from our executive, ask questions, make suggestions, and begin to think about possible candidates for the 2011 executive, too. (We need to have nominations and elections by e-mail or other means in October-November, and decide the new "slate " prior to the JALT2010 Conference in Nagoya in late November, according to the rules.)   3. Tell us what happens. I don't have MS Outlook on a Windows computer, so I can't test it.
  4. If you click on the icon and nothing happens, do this:
    1. Right-click on the icon and save the file.
    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
